About me
People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. My work focuses on helping you make sense of these experiences, understand yourself more clearly, and begin to move forward in a different way.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and psychodramatist with over 15 years of clinical experience, working across NHS, forensic, community and private settings.
My work focuses on helping you understand not just what is happening, but the patterns that shape how you feel and relate.
If you would like to get in touch, you are welcome to contact me to arrange an initial consultation.

My Approach
I believe therapy is most helpful when it offers both safety and depth.
Many of the difficulties people experience — anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm — are shaped by patterns that develop over time.
These patterns often make sense in the context of past experiences, even if they no longer serve you.
I work in an integrative way, drawing on psychodynamic understanding, attachment-informed practice, and psychodramatic methods where appropriate.
This allows us to explore not only what is happening, but why — and how change can begin.
What it’s like to work with me
Clients often experience me as warm, grounded and thoughtful.
I offer a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment, while also being supported to look honestly at patterns that may be difficult or painful.
My approach is collaborative and at a pace that feels manageable, while still helping us stay connected to what matters most.
This is not about quick fixes, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating lasting, meaningful change.
